These “Terms” are the agreement between you  and Caribeall regarding your use of and access to the website located at https://www.caribeall.com

There are a couple of things we would like you to know about how we do business and what our terms and conditions are for use of this site, its content and services: 

Our mission is to provide a platform that promote the caribbean culture by facilitating buyers and sellers from the Caribbean to make easy, secure and legal transactions. We want to make sure that you always feel at home with the quality and story of the products found on Caribeall . To the best of our knowledge, all information you will find on this site is accurate.

We are focused on providing homemade products from the Caribbean region. We can not guarantee that these materials, or these services, are going to produce specific results.  

To bring you reputable, cost-effective products and services, we network with a variety of Caribbean business professionals. We endorse these professionals and guarantee their work — and your satisfaction.

  • Refund Policy

Your satisfaction with your purchased products remains our priority, and we hope that we will always satisfy you. However if you are not satisfied with your purchased for any reason and the products does not fall under these specification cited  below you will get a full refund:

  •  Products which are not eligible for return related to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed or used  by you after delivery
  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized for you(ex: crafts and handmade items)
  • Digital content ( e-books, MP3, etc.) Or any products that can be used once(e.g.  a pocket book  CD or DVD), once delivery has started.
  • Goods damaged by your negligence, by failing to follow the guidelines and/or by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.

Caribeall will not cover the shipment costs of returns.

In order to be eligible for a refund, You may email us at support@caribeall.com you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase.The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way, will all original labels attached if any. Once you start your return process, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and an address to mail your return. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. 

For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Modification of our Terms and Conditions 

Upon notice published on Caribeall we reserve the right to modify the Terms and Conditions or the Acceptable Use Guidelines, amplify them, and/or modify the prices of our content and services, as well as discontinue or change the content and services offered. Your continued use of Caribeall content and services following such notification will be deemed acceptance of the modification.
